EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The organizational and administrative activities of COPA are the responsibility of the Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee exercises the powers conferred by the General Assembly, preferably by consensus, and taking charge of the execution of its decisions. It may make decisions ad referendum on behalf of the General Assembly during special or emergency situations.
It determines the place, date and agenda of the General Assemblies jointly with the host congress or parliamentary assembly.
The Executive Committee is composed of parliamentarians from the five regions of the Americas.
