CONFÉDÉRATION PARLEMENTAIRE DES AMÉRIQUES (COPA)

The V^th General Assembly, held in Caracas, Venezuela from November 23 to 27, 2003, brought together some 180 parliamentarians from 20 countries for the purpose of monitoring developments in the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) negotiations and debating the project of creating a Parliament of the Americas.
