PRESIDENCY
The COPA presidency is held by a Congress or a Parliamentary Assembly that designates its representative.
The President convenes and chairs the deliberations of the General Assembly and of the Executive Committee. He or she takes charge of representing the organization and ensures compliance with the organization’s statutes.
